At CortFashion, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible—from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

🕒 Processing Time

We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed!

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.   
  • During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer both standard and expedited shipping within the contiguous U.S.

  • Some of our items are stocked overseas in Istanbul and Hong Kong. If your item ships from there, it just means it’s temporarily out of stock locally—but rest assured, we’re getting it to you as quickly as possible.

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–9 business days
    While most packages arrive right on time, delivery may vary based on product availability, customs clearance, or unexpected shipping delays. If your item gets held up at customs, we’ll wait until it's released and offer you the choice of:
    ✔️ Keeping it with a partial refund
    ✔️ Returning it for a full refund

📦 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can use that number to check your package’s journey—either through our website or directly on the carrier’s site.

🚫 Shipping Limitations

For now, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We hope to expand our options in the future!

Changed your mind?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
  • If it’s already on the way, just wait until it arrives and follow our Returns & Refunds process for an exchange or refund.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

We’ve got your back.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If it arrives damaged, just send us a photo—we’ll make it right, fast.
    You don’t have to chase down the carrier. Let us handle it.
