Q: Where are your products made and shipped from?
Our handbags are crafted in Istanbul, Turkey and Hong Kong. We are based in Florida, USA, and ship orders from our warehouses in Istanbul, Hong Kong, or Florida—depending on product availability and delivery location.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • U.S. Orders: 7–10 business days
  • International Orders: 10–12 business days

Q: Are there any shipping fees?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. A priority shipping option is available at checkout for faster delivery.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
Please note: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is due to our error or a product defect, we cover the return shipping. For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Each product page includes a detailed description with measurements such as height, width, depth, and strap length.
