If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • To begin a return, just email us at info@cortfashion.com—we’ll guide you through it step-by-step.
  • We offer a flexible return process that lets you choose the shipping method that works best for you. Once your return is sent, simply share a quick photo of your shipping receipt or tracking confirmation—we’ll fully reimburse your return shipping cost, fast and hassle-free.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Want a different size, color, or style? No problem!
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help you make an exchange—just like returns, we’ll reimburse your shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are based on stock availability.

🚚 Incorrect or Missing Items

We triple-check every order, but if something’s missing or incorrect, we’ve got you covered:

  • Missing item? We’ll resend it—no extra cost.
  • Incorrect item? We’ll replace it or issue a refund.
  • If a return is needed, we’ll still reimburse your shipping cost.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t as described, contact us right away.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
  • As always, return shipping is on us—we’ll reimburse you for the cost.

📦 A Few Notes

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • For the integrity of our quality and hygiene standards, we can’t accept used, worn, or damaged items (unless they arrived that way, of course).
