Easy Returns Within 30 Days

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cortfashion.com and our team will guide you through the process step-by-step.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Incorrect or Missing Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right quickly.

Missing item?
We’ll resend it at no extra cost.

Incorrect item?
We’ll replace it or issue a refund after the item is returned.

If a return is required due to our error, we will provide return assistance or cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may choose between:
• A replacement item
• A full refund after returning the item

• We cannot accept returns for used, worn, washed, or damaged items unless the issue was caused before delivery
